User Access / Project Request Form
Welcome to The Center for Nanoscale Research (CNR). Should you wish to utilize our facilities and resources, we ask that you schedule a consultation with the CNR personnel prior to completing
this access request form (CNRSTAFF@eng.ua.edu).
This document is required for all first-time users who are either establishing a new project or joining a currently active project. Following submission, our administrative team will reach out to you, as well as your principal investigator (PI) and/or business administrator, to obtain formal approval of the submitted details.
Current users who are applying to join an already established project are also required to submit this document. Our administration will communicate with you, along with your principal investigator (PI) and/or business administrator, to approve the information that has been provided.

- Substrate material
- Substrate size
- Resist type
- Deposition requirements
- Etch requirements
- Critical (smallest) dimension (CD)
